This morning I had a fiber rich breakfast! I had 2 servings of fiber one cereal with unsweetened almond silk, homemade dehydrated mixed berries and Truvia! This came to only 178 calories with 31 grams of fiber. That is a full day serving of fiber! WOW! Fiber keeps you full and your metabolism boosting. This a great choice of cereal and is recommended by many dietitians. It has 0 grams of sugar which is very hard to find in cereals.
Soo…the hubby has a food dehydrater….guess what I’m going to try this summer….:)
